Kasoria Group was founded in 2016 in Kinshasa, operating under the legal name Newtop Services. We built the business on a decade of direct operational experience in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and grew it into a structured multi-sector holding platform with one clear mandate: build real businesses, on real ground, with real partners.
We are not a fund. We are not a consultancy. We are operators with skin in the game. Family-owned, long-term committed, and deeply embedded in the ecosystems we build within.
Our representative offices in Brussels and Antwerp connect Congolese markets with international capital, know-how, and networks. That position makes Kasoria Group a natural bridge between two worlds that rarely meet on equal terms.
The DRC holds some of the world's most critical resources.
